My Story

Growing up, I was obsessed with being perfect.

Perfect grades.
Perfect body.
Perfect life.

Because I believed perfection would make me lovable.

So I did everything I could to feel validated, pushing myself at school, at work, in the gym, and sticking to the “perfect” diet.

From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
Disciplined. Driven. Successful.

I had built the perfect mirage.
And I felt like I was WINNING.

But behind the scenes?

I had completely lost myself & I was spiralling.

  • I was consumed by how my body looked ALL THE TIME.

  • I was always anxious around food.

  • I was stuck in a vicious cycle of restricting and losing control around food.

  • I felt powerless and became my own worst enemy.

  • All I felt was shame, guilt and fear, and those feelings never went away.

Inside, I felt hollow. The relentless pressure and disconnection overwhelmed me.

So I started asking myself harder questions:

When will this end?

When will I start loving myself and my body?

Will I spend my whole life obsessing over food and my weight?

When will I finally find freedom and happiness?

When will I finally stop depriving myself of food and joy? 

After over a decade of being trapped in a cycle of control, guilt, and self-hatred around food and my body, I decided enough was enough.

That's when I chose differently

  • I shifted my focus inward and uncovered the limiting beliefs that had led me to feel immense fear around food and my body.

  • I broke free from the grip of society and diet culture conditioning that made me feel that I was less than.

  • I found my worth beyond food and my body. 

  • I learnt how to move my body from a place of joy rather than punishment.  

  • I connected with my hunger to help me feel comfortable and at ease around food.

  • I found love for food and my body. 

And after 6 months, just like that, I broke free from my decade-long struggle.

No more fearing food, no more guilt or shame.
I stepped into the most confident and happy version of myself.

Now I help other women do the same.

Embodied Nourishment is a 12-week program that includes weekly online modules released gradually over the course of the program. Additionally, you will have access to weekly 1:1 coaching calls and message support.

For how long will I have access to the online content?

You will have lifetime access to the online videos, allowing you to revisit them at your convenience anytime.

What is the cost of the program?

The investment details will be shared during your application process.

What time will the 1:1 calls be held?

Call times will be scheduled, taking into account the time zones of both the client and coach. The schedule will be shared one week before the program begins.

Who is this program suited for?

This program is designed for women who feel trapped by food obsessions and long to find freedom, healing, and a renewed relationship with food and their bodies.

In this course, you’ll discover powerful tools and techniques to uncover and release limiting beliefs, heal emotional triggers, and break free from the patterns that fuel toxic eating habits and body dysmorphia. Everything is designed to create lasting transformation (we are all about long-term results, no shortcuts, so you can finally feel free around food and fully confident in your body).

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the program?
